Shot Put
- U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U16 Girls and U18 Girls – Shot Put weight 3kgs
- U16 Boys – Shot Put weight 4kgs
- U18 Boys – Shot Put weight 5kgs
Discus Throw
- U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U16 Girls and U18 Girls – Discus weight 1kgs
- U16 Boys – Discus weight 1kgs
- U18 Boys – Discus weight 1.5kgs
Javelin Throw
- U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U16 Girls and U18 Girls – Javelin weight 500g
- U16 Boys – Javelin weight 600g
- U18 Boys – Javelin weight 700g
World-Class
Unique Competition Environment
- Best 8 will receive 6 throws
- Every throw will be measured
- Only maximum 12 competitors in a heat
- Top 3 best Throwers Medals and the Top 8 receive certificates
- Only 24 competitors per event
Get The Recognition You Deserve!
First, Second and Third places will receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals. The Top Eight performances will receive certificates. Three SLAA Judges will be present at each Event to officialize and verify when Sri Lanka records are broken.
